Calls may be placed toll free between any two exchanges connected by a single solid black line on the exchange dialing map below. Simply dial the complete 7-digit number (e.g. 893-1000) which you wish to call, even if it is in a different Area Code (e.g. Proctor or Sidney to Comanche).
